M/A-COM GaAs MMICs are a dedicated product line to the defense,
space and select commercial markets. A team of experienced
and recognized designers is available to develop MMICs
for custom applications, and have developed a broad range
of microwave and millimeter wave standard products for
commercial and defense applications. These MMICs are fabricated
in one of M/A-COM's high volume wafer fabs, utilizing the
high performance Mutifunction Self-Aligned Gate (MSAG tm)
process, providing the benefits of process repeatability
and lower cost.
