A host of
durable surface mount packages designs are produced
by the Tyco Electronics M/A-COM business. Custom leadless
designs are available from the Alumina co-fired tape
process. High speed automation is utilized to provide
low coat tungsten terminations on post fired alumina
material. Plating finish is available with Ni, Ni/Ag,
Ni/Au, Ni/Cu as well as non-magnetic coatings.
Material is 94% alumina with a Tungsten metallization
system. Finish is available in nickel/gold or solder
plated for reflow applications. Non-magnetic plating
is also available. All packages are produced to assure
the highest quality product available in the industry.
