Tyco Electronics operates world class, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to support your custom design. Our manufacturing facilities utilize Stepper-Based Photolithography, Ion Implantation, and automated manufacturing equipment.

Wafer Processing includes Stepper-Based Photolithography that improves resolution, visual yield, cycle time, registration, control and productivity, and a fully automatic high performance Ion Implanter that provides for medium current and parallel scan capabilities.

Wafer Dicing includes 6 inch wafer production capability, auto rotation system control, and high speed 32-bit CPU cycle time utilizing a DAD320 Automatic Dicing and Cutting Saw.
