To insure the high levels of reliability M/A-COM qualifies Plastic
Packaged MMIC Technology Products and product families
in accordance with the flow diagram below. This testing is
designed to demonstrate at the 90% confidence level that the
failure rate will be no higher than that shown on the adjacent
test result curves. The red solid line is the HTOL results,
while the blue broken line is the real-world combined stress
environment results.
