Semiconductor Process

M/A-COM performs detailed reliability studies on our new semiconductor processes. These studies are long term projects designed to provide the customer with some of the most reliable products in the market today. We focus on identifying fundamental end-of-life failure mechanisms, identifying Activation energy, process dependence on the thermal environment information, and Instantaneous failure rate / Mean-time-to-Failure data.
