 M/A-COM offers GaAs MMICs that we manufacture in our state-of-the-art
process fabs. We offer a wide variety of processes and
technologies available from multiple facilities. To support
your designs, we provide transistor and passive models
as well as technical consultation, layout, DRC, and LVS
checking. Upon request, we can extract small signal, noise,
and large signal models, as well as automated on-wafer
testing and complete packaged device testing. Full environmental
qualification is also available.

many, but not necessarily all of the M/A-COM solutions available.
