M/A-COM operates world class, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to support your custom design. Our manufacturing facilities utilize Stepper-Based Photolithography, Ion Implantation, and automated manufacturing equipment.

Wafer Processing includes Stepper-Based Photolithography that improves resolution, visual yield, cycle time, registration, control and productivity, and a fully automatic high performance Ion Implanter that provides for medium current and parallel scan capabilities.

Wafer Dicing includes six inch wafer production capability, auto rotation system control, and high speed 32-bit CPU cycle time utilizing a DAD320 Automatic Dicing and Cutting Saw.
