Chip packages available in JANHC, JANKC levels to MIL-PRF-19500 slash sheets /116, /117, /127, /159, /435, /437, /463, /477, /578 & /609.  Standard features include: All junctions completely protected with silicon dioxide. Compatible with all wire bonding and die attach techniques.
