Quad-Channel 32 GB MZ Modulator Driver
The MAOM-003405 is a high performance quad channel MZ modulator driver IC for 100G DP-QPSK applications. The driver takes a differential input signal that can range from 300mVpp to 600mVpp to provide a single ended output up to 7Vpp. The MAOM-003405 has very low power consumption of 0.92W at 5Vpp output, low RMS jitter degradation and integrated peak detectors on each channel. The device is available in a 19 mm x 13 mm surface mount package which integrates all bias chokes and coupling capacitors.
