The MAGB-101822-380A0P is a GaN HEMT D-mode amplifier pair designed for asymmetrical Doherty base station applications with 55 W average power and optimized for 1.8 - 2.2 GHz modulated signal operation. This device supports pulsed, and linear operation with peak output power levels to 380 W (55.5 dBm) in a plastic package.
