The MAGB-102325-025B0P is a GaN HEMT, D-mode amplifier designed for base station applications and optimized for 2.3 - 2.5 GHz modulated signal operation. This device supports pulsed, and linear operation with peak output power levels to 25 W (44 dBm) in a 5 x 7 mm QFN package.
