 The MAGB-103436-280A0P is a GaN HEMT D-mode amplifier pair designed for asymmetrical Doherty base station applications with 32 W average power and optimized for 3.4 - 3.6 GHz modulated signal operation. This device supports pulsed, and linear operation with peak output power levels to 280 W (54.5 dBm) in a plastic package.
