10Gbps Low Power Tx CDR + Modulator Driver and Burst Mode Limiting Amplifier with DCDC Controller and Diagnostics
The MALD-02185 is a low power, highly integrated, Tx CDR + modulator driver with burst-mode limiting amplifier intended for OLT applications. The modulator driver output architecture supports lower power supply voltage operation, reducing power dissipation. The laser driver can be configured for open loop or closed loop automatic power control.

- 2.488 Gbps to 11.3 Gbps Burst Mode Limiting Amplifier with Rate Select
- Low power; < 630 mW typical with 80mA laser current and 2Vpp single-ended output swing
