Quad Channel 65 GBaud Linear Modulator Driver

The MAOM-006412 is a high performance quad-channel linear differential modulator driver for 53Gbaud and 64Gbaud applications using PAM4 or QAM modulation schemes. The device has linear differential voltage gain which is adjustable from 11 dB to 17 dB and incorporates peak detectors on each of the outputs for use in an APC loop. The linear differential output voltage can be adjusted up to 4.0 Vppd with typical power dissipation of 0.5 W per channel and total harmonic distortion of less than 4%. The part is available in die form for integration in a TOSA with a Mach-Zehnder modulator.
