Dual Channel 32 GBaud Linear TIA

 The MATA-003806 is a dual channel linear TIA with AGC for 100G, 200G and 400G coherent receivers. The TIA provides linear, low noise, amplification for differential input current levels from 0.14 to 3mApp differential and has typical bandwidth of 30 GHz. The MATA-003806 offers both manual and automatic gain control modes. In manual mode the transimpedance gain can be controlled from 65 Ω to 5K Ω via an external pin. In automatic mode, the gain  is automatically  adjusted  to provide  a constant  output  voltage  ranging from 200 -700 mVppdifferential. It also includes a peak detector output and output shutdown control. Each channel has differential input and differential output for optimum isolation.
