Dual Channel Linear TIA
The MATA-03802A is a dual channel linear TIA with AGC for 100G DP-QPSK (32 Gbps x 4) receivers. Each channel has differential input and differential output. The MATA-03802A offers both manual and automatic gain control modes. In manual mode the differential gain can be controlled from 200O to 5KO via an external pin. In automatic mode, the gain is automatically adjusted to provide a constant output voltage. This TIA provides a linear amplification for current levels from 0.08 to 2mApp differential, and has an adjustable bandwidth between 17-25GHz. It includes a linear input peak detector output that can be used to measure signal input power and it offers bandwidth control functionality.
