26 to 28 Gbaud Linear Transimpedance Amplifier 53 to 56 Gbps PAM4

The MATA-03809B Linear TIA is intended for 50G, 100G, and 200G receivers using multilevel modulation such as PAM4. The TIA provides linear, low noise amplification from 0.1 to 3mA, and has a nominal BW of 19GHz. The trans-impedance is controlled from 150 to 4k via an external pad and the gain is automatically adjusted to provide a constant output voltage swing. Features include: RSSI for photo-alignment and power monitoring, I2C control of output amplitude and other parameters, output EQ, and Loss of Signal (LOS).
