Quad-Channel 32 GB MZM Limiting Driver
The MAOM-003408 is a high performance quad channel MZ modulator driver IC for 100/400G DPQPSK/DPQAM (32Gbps x 4) applications. The MAOM-003408 takes a differential input signal that can range from 100mVpp to 300mVpp (each port) to provide a single ended linear output that can range up to 6Vpp. In addition, this driver has very low power consumption of 2.0 W at 6Vpp linear output and low RMS jitter degradation. This is a linear driver with typical THD of 3% at 6Vpp. Each channel also has a built in automatic gain control capability.
