The MAOD-1xxD50x-LCT8 series of products are directly modulated DFB laser diode chips with an operating temperature of -40ºC to +95ºC, targeted for 50G PAM4 transmission links. The CWDM wavelengths covered are 1270 / 1290 / 1310 / 1330 / 1350 / 1370nm. These products utilize a patented Etched Facet Technology enabling high performance and product uniformity. Product is available as tested die.
