Quad-Channel 32 GB MZM Limiting Driver
The MAOM-003409 is a high performance Quad Channel modulator driver IC for 100G (25Gbps x4) application. This IC is available in packaged form. The MAOM-003409 is driven with differential (each port) input signal that can range from 225mVpp to 350mVpp to provide an output that can be controlled from 2Vpp to 4Vpp differential for each channel. In addition, this driver IC has low typical power consumption of .75W at 4Vpp differential output. The package has integrated high frequency coils for biasing the driver.
