64 Gbaud Quad Channel, Linear Differential Open Collector Modulator Driver

The MAOM-006409 is a high performance quad channel differential input and differential output linear modulator driver for applications with symbol rates up to 64 Gbaud. The part has up to 22 dB of gain with 15 dB of gain range and a maximum output voltage of 4 Vpp differential. It is available in bare die form and is designed to be directly DC coupled to an optical modulator for maximum bandwidth, minimum size and minimum power dissipation. The MAOM-006409 also has detectors on each output and is fully controllable through a digital serial interface (SPI).   Available in bare die and flip-chip form-factors.
