Quad Channel 96 Gbaud Linear Open Collector Modulator Driver Die

 The MAOM-009408 is a high performance quad channel differential input and differential output linear open collector modulator driver for applications with symbol rates up to 96 Gbaud. The part has up to 19 dB of gain with 15 dB of gain range and a maximum output voltage of 3 Vpp differential. It is available in bare die form and is designed to be directly DC coupled to an optical modulator for maximum bandwidth, minimum size and minimum power dissipation. The MAOM-009408 also has detectors on each output, frequency response peaking adjustment and is fully controllable through a digital serial interface (SPI).
