32 Gbps Quad Channel Linear Modulator Driver

The MAOM-03417L is an ultra low power quad channel linear modulator driver for 100Gbps and 200Gbps applications. The device is driven with a differential input signal of 500mVpp and has linear gain which is adjustable from 15dB to 25dB. The single-ended output voltage can be adjusted up to 3.3Vpp with typical power dissipation of 800mW per channel and total harmonic distortion of less than 4%. The part is packaged in a 14mm x 9.1mm surface mount package with integrated high frequency coils and coupling capacitors. It also incorporates peak detectors on each of the outputs for use in an AGC loop.
