The MAPC-A1513 is a high power GaN on Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 1300 - 1850 MHz frequency operation. The device supports pulsed operation with output power levels of 450 W (56.5 dBm) and in an air cavity ceramic package.
