The MAPC-A1522 is a high power GaN on Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 2700 - 3100 MHz frequency operation. The device supports pulsed operation with output power levels of 1 kW (60 dBm) and in an air cavity thermally enhanced package.
