Multimode APD Photoreceiver 12.5 Gb/s
The MARP-AT12C-01 is a -28.5 dBm sensitivity, multimode receiver module for 10 Gb/s long-reach transmission applications up to 12.5 Gb/s. It couples a patented, high responsivity (0.8 A/W), back-illuminated avalanche photodiode, usable from 1250 nm to 1650 nm, and a limiting amplifier with a transimpedance gain stage of 3.5 kΩ for a receiver with exceptional capability. The differential-output receiver is offered in a LC receptacle ROSA package that is XMD MSA compliant.
