InGaAs PIN Photodetector

 The MARP-MP10A is a high-speed, InGaAs PIN photodetector that is used for RF over Fiber applications requiring flat frequency response. The photodiode design optimizes speed and sensitivity for the 1200 to 1650 nm wavelength range. The internal waveguide design assures a linear frequency response necessary for analog applications. The product comes in a compact fiber-pigtailed coaxial style package and is RoHS* compliant.
