64 GBaud Dual Channel Linear TIA

The MATA-006801 is a linear TIA for coherent receivers supporting baud rates up to 64 G and modulation formats up to 64QAM. The TIA provides linear, low noise, amplification for differential input current levels up to 3 mApp differential and has bandwidth of 45 GHz. In manual mode the transimpedance gain can be controlled from 65 Ω to 1.5 kΩ via an external pin. In automatic mode, the gain is automatically adjusted to provide a constant output voltage ranging from 200 - 700 mVpp differential. It also includes a peak detector output and output shutdown control.
