MANAGING THE COVID-19 SITUATION

At MACOM, we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely as the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority.

As a global manufacturer, we follow local government guidance related to COVID-19 in each jurisdiction where we operate.  In particular, we continue to follow various government-issued orders, directing social distancing, minimization of in-person workforce or temporary site closures.  These orders, while designed to minimize the spread of COVID-19, may also contain exemptions for certain essential or critical businesses, services and functions.

MACOM manufactures products which are deemed essential and critical for U.S. Defense and Telecommunications Infrastructure, as outlined in guidance published by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency of the Department of Homeland Security on March 19, 2020.  Accordingly, MACOM has a special responsibility to keep all of its U.S.-based manufacturing facilities operational during this time of crisis.

We continue to support our customers with a diversified and global manufacturing capability and supply chain, which consists of numerous sites, suppliers and customer fulfillment locations.  Our customers should be reassured that our manufacturing capability remains strong, and we are resolute in meeting our customer commitments.

Certainly, these are unprecedented times and we will continue to adjust and adapt in this rapidly changing environment.

We thank you for your support.
