28 Gbaud Linear EML Driver
The MAOM-003119 is a low power, single channel linear driver for 100G, 200G and 400G applications. It can be driven with a differential input signal up to 500 mVpp to provide an output that can be controlled from 1 to 2 Vpp with low power consumption of 0.5 W. The device is packaged in a 4 x 6 mm surface mount package with integrated high frequency coils for biasing the driver and modulator. It also incorporates peak detectors on the output for use in an AGC loop.
