Lowell, Massachusetts—June 4, 2009—M/A-COM Technology Solutions recently announced the appointment of Conrad Gagnon to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gagnon, who has been with the company for about 25 years, has served in a number of management leadership roles in finance, sales and marketing, acquisitions, new ventures, and portfolio management.  

“Conrad has done an outstanding job for us during his many years with the company. He has played a pivotal role in shaping our financial organization and contributing to our strategic planning efforts,” said Joseph Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, MACOM. “

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gagnon was Cost and Budget Manager at Ingersoll-Rand and Staff Auditor with Price Waterhouse in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.

Mr. Gagnon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Sciences, Magna Cum Laude, received in 1976 from Boston College.   He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
