MACOM UPDATES

Lowell, Mass, April 12, 2016 – M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. (“MACOM”), a leading supplier of high-performance RF, microwave, millimeterwave and photonic products, today introduced the MAAP-011199, a gallium arsenide (GaAs) 3-stage pHEMT MMIC power amplifier. This device operates at 80-100 GHz and is well suited to communication, sensor, imaging and instrumentation applications.

The MAAP-011199 provides customers with 24 dBm of saturated output power across the 80-100 GHz frequency band. The multi-stage design provides high gain of 12 dB and the balanced architecture results in excellent input and output match to 50 ohm.
